Where Will You Spend Eternity?

“Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.”
(Hebrews 11:1)

Salvation is for Everyone!

This website is for all those concerned about life after death. Eternity is a very serious subject and one that will impact your quality of life more than anything else in this world. Our articles and blogs reveal how you can be sure of where you will go when you die.

Whether you’re religious or just passively curious, you can learn the truth about eternal life. The Bible is absolutely clear that people do not cease to exist when they die. Death is nothing more than separation; separation from loved ones, from God, and from this planet. Simply put, people that die just go to a different location – Heaven or Hell.

Average life expectancy, world wide, is estimated to be only 72 years.  Life is short! It’s a good thing that you found your way here because you actually choose where you will go after you die.

Understanding Life After Death

The Bible teaches that man is born into a fallen state and is at enmity with God, by nature. This state of being, if ignored, will lead to an eternity of suffering in a place called Hell. David, the mighty warrior king of Israel, understood his fallen state before a holy God when he wrote these words over 3,000 years ago:

“Be gracious to me, O God, according to Your lovingkindness; According to the greatness of Your compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity And cleanse me from my sin. For I know my transgressions, And my sin is ever before me. Against You, You only, I have sinned And done what is evil in Your sight, So that You are justified when You speak And blameless when You judge.  Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me.” (Psalm 51)

God proclaimed in Ezekiel 33:11, “I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live.” The same thought is also declared in the New Testament, “The Lord is not… wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance” (2Peter 3:9) In addition, the Bible provides the way so that no one has to go to Hell.

This is why Biblical understanding is so important; it reveals the true character and will of God and the way of salvation. Every person is in jeopardy of going to Hell, but does not know it. What’s worse, even if they knew, there is nothing any person can do to alter this course. Thankfully, God has done something remarkable to remove this jeopardy and provide eternal life in Heaven to everyone that trusts in His plan of Salvation.

Topics Covered at Heaven Assured

  • Biblical Prophecy – You’ll learn the significance of God’s revelation of hundreds of future events, some of which have immediate fulfillment and others that occur within weeks, months, decades, and even hundreds or thousands of years into the future. • Satan’s Desire – The motive of the evil one will be explored as well as his contribution to the corruption of all that is good.

Bible Exposition

While extra-biblical resources are used for cultural and historical purposes, the thrust of the teaching is based on a strict adherence to Apostolic teaching and that of the prophets. Teaching is never based on opinion and feelings, but a sincere effort to reveal the intended meaning of the various Scriptural writers. Our teaching is primarily an exegetic approach (allowing Scripture to reveal its meaning) rather than eisegetic (imposing one’s bias and ideas into the meaning).

Expectation in a Bible Teacher

Someone very familiar with the 66 books of Scripture (Old and New Testaments). Able to exposit a verse-by-verse understanding of passages based on context, corresponding verses, passages, cultural and historical background, literal interpretation, as well as metaphoric usage, symbolic form, and figures of speech.  Having availability to interpretive resources in the ancient languages of the Bible. The teacher should wholeheartedly embrace the teaching of life after death and the Biblical lifestyle, while demonstrating fidelity towards the word of God.
